Trading in Fantasy Big Bash is a lot like trading in SuperCoach.
Each round you are given two trades to use. You can either use the trades or not, they do not carry over into later rounds.
There is also a rolling lockout during each round. So players from each team can still be traded until their match starts.
Throughout the season the Renegades, Sixers, Scorchers, Thunder and Strikers all have a bye and subsequently play twice in a round each. The Stars, Hurricanes and Heat play one game each round instead.
If a player has a bye in a certain round he scores 0 in that round. If a player plays two matches in a certain round, he is locked out after his first game begins and can no longer be traded or made captain for the remainder of the round.
So the key here is to get players into your side if they play twice in the one round, and get them out or move them to the bench if they have got a bye.
Now we will go through each round of the Big Bash with the important events that are going on including which internationals are available, which teams have a bye and which international fixtures make players unavailable for selection.
